Special OrdersAny parts ordered that are not a regularly inventoried item are considered special order. Once these items are placed on order, they are Non-Returnable.


Regular Orders Any items placed on order have a 10 day return policy. A 25% restocking will be charged for returned items. All items being returned must have an RMA number marked on the outside of the returning package. Contact your representative or e-mail requesting an RMA number.


Cables Any cables made per the request of the customer will follow the Special order policy.

Inventoried cables that are pre-made will follow the Regular order policy.


– All components sold by Global CNC are covered by the manufacture of that component. Global CNC carries no warranties on any of the items it represents unless otherwise stated.


– All shipping costs associated with returning items is the responsibility of the customer.


Insurance It is the responsibility of the customer if he/she wants to insure the returning package. If a returned package is damaged, with or without insurance, it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for the item. If insurance was purchased, it’s the customer’s responsibility to file a claim for reimbursement from the carrier.

Spindle Warranties All spindles carry a 6 month or 1 year warranty depending on what is specified or stated. If a spindle fails during its warranty period, the spindle must be returned to the rebuilder for a complete evaluation to determine the reason for the failure.
ü  If the spindle is found to have failed due to a manufacture defect or workmanship, the spindle will be repaired under warranty.

ü  If the spindle is found to have failed due to crash or some type of external effect to the operation of the spindle, even though the spindle failed in the warranty window,  the spindle will not be covered under warranty.

Shipping Shipping cost for the returning of a failed spindle is the responsibility of the customer. Once determined the cause of failure, the manufacture or rebuilder will return the spindle freight paid if the spindle is covered under warranty. Spindles failed due to a crash or external effect, the return shipping cost will be the customers responsibility.
